After purchasing an audiobook, how do I listen to it? Or get it to my favorite device? 

Once you purchase an audiobook, you'll receive an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a download link and step-by-step instructions on how to listen using the BookFunnel app or another device. If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder.

You can also access your audiobooks anytime in your BookFunnel library at https://My.BookFunnel.com by logging in with the email you used for your purchase.

Can I return or get a refund after purchasing an audiobook?

All audiobook sales are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are allowed under any circumstances.  

Once a digital product is purchased, it cannot be truly returned, as it remains accessible to the buyer indefinitely. Since audiobooks are delivered instantly via email, our automated system does not support refunds for electronic products.
